After many nights of restlessness and mornings spent waking up with back pain, you may be considering buying a new mattress. According to Consumer Reports, you should replace your mattress every ten years. If now is the time to toss your worn-out bed and purchase one that will enhance your quality of sleep, consider these helpful tips on choosing the right mattress.
Also ensure your memory foam mattresses pad is thick enough to make your purchase worth your while. They are available in a variety of thicknesses ranging anywhere from one inch to 4 inches and more. Most recommended is the 3" thickness, as this provides enough foam for the body to contour into without overwhelming the sleepers. Make sure your topper is all memory foam; there should not be any support foam in a topper, just a mattress.
You also need to remember that a king size bed will take up much more space in your bedroom. When thinking about upgrading to king size, it's always a good idea to measure out your room dimensions exactly. You can then better visualise exactly how much space will be taken up by your new bed.
